Well my advice would be to not focus on your body or keeping your body stil just focus on your hypnagogic imigery and the most important thing falling asleep. |

So I have gotten back into lucid dreaming recently and have been trying different induction methods. The other night I was attempting a WILD and my whole body started to shake. I know that this is common with WILDs so I just sort of let it happen. After it was over I opened my eyes and did a reality check but I was awake. |

In my experience, yes. Every time I've WILDed, I've gone through the rumbles, and every time I've had success, the dream has come right after...or not come at all. |
