I had a sleepless night as well, and I know how you feel. I'm not exactly sure what to say for the eyes thing, but I might be able to help. |

I have been attempting to wild for the past few weeks and it is really frustrating. I can't seem to get past being numb. I can get really relaxed and to the point where I can't feel my body, eyes start to flutter by themselves, etc. but I just can't let my mind wander off and let me fall into a dream. I just can't. For some reason, I feel it is something I am doing with my eyes. I feel I don't know what to do with them while I let my mind go. They also have the tenancy to open by themselves if I just relax them and try to fall into a dream. My question(s) is, what should I be doing with my eyes and what else can I do to let my mind wander more efficiently. What I mean by, "what should I do with my eyes" is, should I be focusing them like I am looking at something PAST my eye lids or should I being looking at my eye lids. Every time I don't lfocus on anything, my eyes automatically focus on something as if my eyelids were open which makes my eye lids open by themselves. I tried wilding 3 times tonight. On all 3 of them, I got to a very deeply relaxed state, to the point where I can't think straight even if I tried but I failed all 3 of them. I'm sorry if everything seems jumbled, I basically stayed up all night and am really tired right now. Can anyone please help? |

Living is easy with eyes closed.
LOVE+++++++++DEATH++++++++++++++++++++++PAIN+++++++++LIFE
Goals: Raid my friends' houses[] Sing songs with my friends[] eat invisible pancakes[X] fly to my friends' houses[] cast a love spell on someone special[]
Eat MALFOY CHOCOLATE![] Share a dream[] Kiss someone[XX] Summon Paul McCartney![] Fire a superweapon[]
Hmm that seems to happen to me aswell :S Im not sure but I think I read somewhere about it and you shouldnt even concentrate on your eyes. If you cant do it just try to put socks or whatever on them. Never tried but who knows! |

I have to 2ed the reverse blinking. Since I started reverse blinking (this week) I've had two FA's! |

I usually roll them back into the sockets and just keep them there for as long as it takes for them to start moving around on their own. One thing that usually helps me, is to think inane stuff on purpose to get dreams rolling. Put together sentences and imaginary scenes that make *no sense*. This seems to help opening the pandora's box of crazy imaginary stuff that's *not* 'on purpose'. Think things like 'blue ducks roll sloppily on cotton candy mountainous faces piled like poetic suitcases' or try to imagine a bottle of windex talking to you and then transforming into a pegasus. Try it out, see if it helps. I find if I'm thinking 'sensible' things it just doesn't work, and purposely thinking of 'nothingness' takes longer because I'm c***blocking my imagination. |
