Thread: Was I slipping into an LD?

That's hard to say. Have you read this WILD (sageous) tutorial?

I agree with gab, there isn't really much to go on. Maybe you were just starting to fall asleep? Sometimes when I start falling asleep, my eyes start twitching, then lose my train of thought until I doze off.

I read what you posted, gab, and I think I was about to have my first LD!!!! I started seeing different colors and felt like I should just go with the flow. Darn my contradicting conciounce!

For me this sounds like the meditation state that I go into, I am not thinking but I am not sleeping unconsciously either, I just AM.

I can't maintain this state yet, but it is a really cool thing to experience.

If I am in it long enough, I eventually start dreaming.

It got to do with the frequencies of your brain, when we relax it goes into a state that makes you feel like this, I am not sure what the frequency is called though.

Keep experimenting with it and see where it leads you.

I doubt it. Sounds like you were simply falling asleep. Try visualizing when you get to that stage of falling asleep.

I don't think you was near a WILD.. I used to think the same before the other night when I got into Nrem/Sp and then I really knew I was about to wild. although I have never wild'd before im sure you'll know when it happens because this shit will be intense. Thats how it was me, i got told what to expect but it still came as a huge shock because of how intense it was.
