did i have my first lucid dream?

So i had a nightmare and at first i thought it was normal but later i realized this could never happen in real life so i did a nose pinch rc and then i wanted to get out of there so i shout: get out and after i get a tv static sort of screen and im at my house and there is my friend so i try to punch the wall but i couldn't hit it and i wake up was this a lucid dream????? And i was afraid to move my body so i tried to move with my mind because i thought if i move my body i wake up. So do you need to use your body or mind to move ?

It sounds like you had some awareness about where you were (in a dream), which would count as a lucid dream.

Moving your body in a dream just as you would move your physical body when awake should be no problem (normally you're in REM atonia during dreams, so your physical body won't move with it), though you could will yourself around with your mind, too, if you want (especially if you want to levitate/fly or whatever).
