      Galantamine and choline timing?

      I am curious with the people that have taken this. When do you take it and at what doses?

      i did some experimenting with these when i was trying to learn wild. i don't remember the doses but it wasn't too complicated and i took them during wbtb. honestly i think this is not the way to go though. you can absolutely learn to do this naturally and it's better in the long run. my experiences with supplement help were nearly 100% negative. it did cause a few lucid experiences but i remember them all being dark / scary (less control) and just negative. save your money and just keep practicing natural techniques and it will pay off in my humble opinion.

      Whoa, negative schema alert!

      I have personally had fantastic experiences with galantamine and choline. I especially like taking them, very occasionally, to have several lucid dreams in a night, without having to worry about waking up! One thing that I have noticed is a pretty constant theme when taking that particular combo, is that I have a ton of false awakenings. Maybe because it is somewhat more difficult for me to wake up, I'm not sure, but I have made sure to remind myself before going to sleep when taking galantamine/choline that whenever I wake up, I am most likely still sleeping and to do a reality check! I have also found that it makes WILD's easier for me to perform as well.

      Anyways, to answer Dave's question:

      I take 4mg Galantamine and 500mg Choline

      I think that the particular timing is probably quite individual! How easy is it for you to fall back asleep once you're awake? Have you experimented with WBTB much? If it is hard for you to get back to sleep, then probably a shorter WBTB before taking them would be better.

      I usually wake up after about 4-5 hours and then wait about 40 minutes to take the galantamine and choline. Then I go to bed and relax until I get nice, fuzzy warm feelings and then drift into sleep.

      don't create a crutch for youself. you don't need any expensive/ or cheap/ products to accomplish your goal. just keep practicing and you will get the results you're looking for..taking pills isn't the answer and is only gonna hurt your progress in the long run
