Question What is this called? and why I do it?

      Hello hoping for answers

It is 2 years since I've had / kept on with lucid dreaming, but now want to start again. Been doing RC (counting fingers, always worked for me) and writes DJ.

Earlier when I got lucid dreams it started almost always the same way, and have not found much about it.

      Like this:
I lie in bed and begin to roll over, and my real body is lying in bed asleep. (If I move I will wake IRL). And I will roll until I hit the floor gently. When I hit the floor I have to lie there in a few seconds before I can try to stand up.
And this is where the hardest part begins, manage it if I want. But when I stand up I get an enormous pressure inside my head, in a bad way.
Feels like I'm pulling me out of myself, hard to explain.
(It is always happening in the place i'll go to bed)

Having done this, I have the clearest lucid dreams I've ever had and they last longer than the ones I get in a dream. But i hate the pressure i get inside my head when i try to stand up. Have read a little about it, that I should try to fall through the floor etc. But it does not work.

So my question is, what is this? Does it have a name? Some others who have experienced it this way?

      Hi!
You seem to have done an OBE, which is also known as astral projection. It is a subset of WILDing. I managed to do it once, and it was rather fulfilling. People often feel bizarre sensations like pressure, buzzing, vibrating and random stuff like that just before they 'exit'. All I can say is don't stress about the enormous pressure, and it will only get worse with thinking about it excessively.

Deep in the human unconscious is a pervasive need for a logical universe that makes sense. But the real universe is always one step beyond logic.

Try to keep rolling away from bed after you land on the floor. Some say that it's easier to get up once you are further away from your sleeping body. Maybe it will also fix your head pain.

In my opinion, this could be lucid dream via WILD or OBE. One of the ways to enter a LD via WILD is to roll out, stand up or float out of your body. Which is strikingly similar to way OBE is described. But I think that a difference between a WILD (LD) and OBE/Astral projection is less about how you exit and more about where you end up. In a dream (space constructed in our mind) or some other plane of existence with other real entities.

Thank you, I've never really thought about it, next time I'll try to roll further.

Have happened that I float out of the body when the same thing happens, but always landed on the floor next to the bed.

You can control where you float out from your body by a simple thought. "To the door!" or "To the window!". That way you move away instantly from your body without having to think about how you should do it.
