Reality Checks:
-Thumbs through hands
- Looking at hands
-Nose plug
Dream Signs:
-My dreams all are in places that are only real in my mind.
-Stressful, and scary. Most of my dreams are nightmares.
-Always smoking.
Short-Term Goals:
-Remembering larger portions of my dreams.
-Finding more detailed dream signs.
-Making RC a habbit
Long-Term Goals:
-Controlling dreams, and making them more enjoyable.
-Being able to explore the subconscious of my mind.
-Keeping nightmares from happening so frequently.
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
-I honestly can't remember my most recent dream. My last lucid dream was almost a year ago, but when I realize I'm dreaming, it falls apart.
