      counting backwards from 100

      What does this help do I mean iv read post were people were like wad counting backwards and I got yo 50 and I had those vivid light things cant rembrr what they are calldrd

      I think those vivid light things are called hypnagogic hallucinations. I think the purpose of counting backwards is to relax, focus on internal stimuli, and to go into sleep paralysis. You would want to do this to achieve a WILD.
