Cool Legendary's easy ABC WILD Technique

      Hey there

I'm new at DreamViews but I am a Lucid Dreamer since a while now. My English isn't the best, but I think you should understand everything .

This is my very own WILD Technique, with this technique I had already a lot of succes .
Nearly every Night I have a Lucid Dream. Sometimes more than one a Night.

So this technique is called the ABC technique. This aren't only letters, let me explain:

      The "A" stands for awake
      The "B" stands for bizarre
      The "C" stands for conscious

So and now Step by Step:

      1) First of all you should do WBTB. WILD in the evening is often uneffective . So set a clock. You should stand up 4-6 hours after going to sleep.

      2) So you just woke up by your clock. Now close your eyes and remember that you should't move the whole process! ^^.

      3) Now we are at the Main Part. We start with the letter "A" for awake . Repeat the Letter "A" over and over. Do it! . Probably you get into sleep paralysis after a while, then it's time to change to "B" for bizarre. If you already had a SP you know why it is bizarre. Just repeat "B" now.

      4) Now a dream scene appear. Don't enter it to quick. First repeat the letter "C" for conscious about 10 times. Than if the dream Scene is stable enough enjoy the dream and do whatever you want.

Congratulation you are now in a Lucid Dream.

I would be happy if there are a few users who could try it and report

      So legendary Dreams at all,

      Legendary

More of a mindset than a technique

'I want to stay awake until I reach sleep paralysis'
'I don't want to get wrapped up in all this bizarre imagery before a dream forms'
'I want to stay conscious until I'm in an LD'

A very concise and powerful way of looking at WILD.

Always, no sometimes think it's me,
But you know I know when it's a dream
      I think I know I mean a yes
      But it's all wrong
That is I think I disagree

Interesting approach, do you have a specific time for WBTB? or do you naturally wake up?
Also do you ever get into SP (feel vibrations ect) and nothing happens?

Do you stay awake for any amount of time before going back to sleep. This seems very simple. I might test it out for you.
      Attempting WILD: 0

Have achieved SP with mild HI previously, haven't attempted much in the past.
