[Story Challenge Feb/Mar] Topic Suggestion
Topic suggestion thread for monthly short story challenge
February/March
Topic selection will take place within a period of a few days.
- Each member will suggest at most one topic as a post in this thread.
- Topics will consist of a phrase of one or two words. The topic has to allow for somewhat open interpretation. "Chinese Civil War", for example, is not a good topic; "Reflection" and "Storm" are.
- This thread is intended for those at least thinking about doing the challenge themselves.
This thread will close around noon GMT Monday the 11th (in order to give the Yanks a weekend to think about it). Before closing, I will present the full list of suggestions.
You will have till Friday afternoon to PM me (Identity X) with your vote, which will take ye olde "Eurovision" form, simplified to 3 choices of topic, weighted with 3, 2 and 1 point(s) respectively. E.g.
I will then tabulate this and post it in a new thread, along with the announcement of the winning topic. The competition begins then! The thread created will remain open for discussion during the challenge (help and tips or whatever).Hi Identity X,

Hmmm.... if you're not going to write one yourself, I'd rather you didn't. I think it's more respresentative (and fun) that way.
