      Unhappy Not in a good mood... :\

      today just isn't my day....


      something i threw together to get some of it off my chest:

      I'm in the dark again
      void, my old friend
      left blind by scars
      i reach my out into the cold
      and find nothing near or far.

      the same familiar ache
      the same cracks running through the old break
      i must be using the wrong glue
      i must be reusing you

      Shades of grey
      grow dark each and every day
      throwing me back and forth
      between the pain and the ecstasy
      Love and pain carry the same taste
      your lips and wear your face

      truth carries a sour tone
      with every word you've sewn
      illuminating the darkness
      i look into the distance
      and hope for the best

      I like it too, quite vivid, I can tell you put emotional effort into choicing the phrases. "I'm reusing your darkness" is what's supposed to be stringing together, correct? If so, I like that. Ties the whole thing together really good.
