What Are You Thankful For?

Thanksgiving is near, and everybody is thinking of things that they are thankful for. So what are you thankful for?

I am thankful for my hubby and kids and pets; for facebook games

a warm house and relative good health. I'm thankful for the e-cigarette, Sheetz, and modern medicine.

Lol, anyway, I'm thankful for all of my friends, my family, my computer (how would I survive without it? I'm too hyper-active on DV to stop

), mainstream pop, and life actually being slightly interesting for me.

I am thankful for the ocean, and the waves. The powerful wind that makes those waves. The healing energy of nature. All of the people that brought love to my life.

I'm thankful for my family, friends, and for all the memories I have of them. I'm thankful to live a pretty stable and fulfilling life that still surprises me and teaches me valuable lessons.

I forgot I am also very thankful for my dogs. Puffin you should give your dog love even if it is stinky! Dogs need love too...

That I never met God face to face. Trying to kick someone in the knee-cap does not always work out as well as one would wish.

Actually, this seems to be another oddity about me. People accuse me as if I think like them, however, I really don't think in terms of being thankful or being not-thankful. I don't count my blessing's or my curses. I just either enjoy the moment, or not. Mostly I just concentrate on what I want to get done.

Oh, maybe it is this, which is a constant realization no matter what time of year, Happy is the man who always has the wit to find something worth the while to do.

books
typewriters
nicotine
shoes
warm jackets
fuzzy things
earl grey tea
people who aren't bad all of the time
robots (the kind that aren't going to massacre us)
music
school
language
wine

Although, as far as thanksgiving goes, I wish we would stop oppressing the native americans.

I do not know if I should be thankful, but I am pleased, with the response to the ebook project of the Harvard Classics I did. It was a big project, buying them on Ebay, getting such a good set, scanning and ocr the complete set, and to have so far near 4,000 downloads of them. I remember when I wanted a set and could not possibly afford them, now anyone can have them.

I hope the audio-book project of them gets done and also has a good response.

and that there's a holiday [convoluted as it may be] all about being thankful for things. Now there's a holiday I can get behind.

There's a lot more, but I'm hitting a wall, and have to start getting ready.

I meant that it was the first time I've ever heard anybody say "I'm thankful for muscle memory." I know what muscle memory is.

I am also thankful for sleep deprivation. It always energizes me, makes me happier and much more creative.
Why am I taking meds again for anxiety? Being normal is boring.
I'd quickly change my mind once the cataplexia sets in though lol
SO, while I'm thankful for this brief holiday from sleep, I'm also thankful for the meds that hold me together 90% of the time
