I personally think that is probably a good thing. You don't really want to act out in anger, that just causes all sort of problems. It is far better that you remain calm, consider things rationally then do what needs to be done. Don't feel like you need to address things on the spot. If something really upsets you, it is okay to resolve it later. If you are still upset about something long after it happen, it is probably because you never resolved it. |

Martial arts would be good too, nothing better than beating the shit out of a bag |

Anger's a natural outlet for deeper feelings - isolation, exclusion, feeling like you're misunderstood, or if you just feel like you're "stuck". Get some exercise to release pent-up emotions and talk to someone about it. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

i recommend talking to someone, you don't want to do something you regret. i also agree with ninja, find an outlet physically, it's mentally rewarding and relaxing. |
