Facebook Messenger Dream Journal

Hello,
I was wondering if there is facebook messenger bot that would ask me to write down the journal what was my last dream (remembering what is my usual wake up time etc.)
any ideas? If there is not - do you think it would be a good idea to make such?

Not that I heard of, but also if you're trying to get help to remember just write anything down anywhere - as much as you can remember.

But damn I think that'd be a good idea!

yea i would suggest to practice to remember by yourself. its not that hard and its prospective memory training and that is good for lucid dreaming anyways

or use another alarm or post its

I agree with relaxanddream.

This should be coming from within. The will to write down dreams, because we love them. But if you must, just set an alarm 10 min after waking time to remind you, or stick a stickie on your wall or bathroom mirror.
