I want to be able to meditate, and really the only thing I know about meditation is that you don't think and clear your mind. I try this occasionally and I've slowly gotten better at being able to keep words out of my head, but I still can't do it for more than like 1 minute or so before i lose it. It's like it gets to a point where not thinking takes so much more effort than thinking so words start to swarm their way into my head again. |

I meditate occasionally. I prefer having something to meditate on, though. |

I meditate. It's relaxing. I also do tantric meditation, it's.... um... not appropriate for this forum |

Meditation is really being aware of something, without the something. |

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
Random tip. Start off by just pausing for a couple of seconds between exhales and inhales, and only going for that "clarity" during the pauses. Even when you get more experienced, keep the pauses there. |

You know i tried to meditate once but i just kept moving, my mind would'nt stop wandering |

Go in the Hall of Mirrors
and you will see yourself in the mirror in the mirror in the mirror in the mirror and you will realize... you are not alone
That obviously means you can't meditate and should just give up. |

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.
I meditate whenever I feel the need. |

I meditate from time to time. I haven't been able to find my correct sitting posture though. Most of the time I meditate sitting here in my computer's chair, but I can never keep my back straight enough as it turns uncomfortable the way I sit in my chair. |
