      Problems when trying to enter a dream

      I'm having problems at the final stage, when I'm ready to enter the lucid dreams.
      Recently I've been having lots of DILDs, and the same thing happened with all of them. This also happened yesterday when I almost succeeded with a FILD.
      When I'm almost entering my dream, I feel like if I move I will move my real body, and that's what happens. It's like if I'm between awake and inside the LD. When this happens I have to wait some seconds for the dream to stabilize, but as I realise that I'm starting to get lucid, that thought of "must not focus on waking up" comes to my mind, and I end up waking up, before I can move freely inside my dream.

      I lost several dreams because of this. Is there something I can do to succeed when this stage comes?

      Maybe a RC when dream scene become vivid and stable.

      I can't RC because any movement will wake me up, and if I don't I'll wake up because I'll think of it.
