      Using music to attain Lucidity.

I was wondering if this was even possible?
It seems like a solid technique, but im just wondering if it will actually work, before I try it.

      Basics:

      1) Find a song, that you know you will recognize.
      2) Wear comfy headphones to bed.
      3) Set the song to play at a certain time during you sleep.
      4) When actually dreaming, the song will come into your dream, and you realize your dreaming.

This seems like it would totally work, although i've yet to test it.
Maybe instead of a song, I could just play a voice recording of me saying "You are dreaming" to repeat over and over for like a minute, while im sleeping.

      Will it work?
      Has it been tested?

People have suggested this before, but I can't find the post. :-(
Anyway, this may work. However, some people don't get outside noise go into their dreams very easily. It depends on what works for you.
I don't usually think, therefore I mostly am not.

I tried this last night. During the day I would play the song every hour and while listening to it, did RC's, etc., in hopes that it would cause my dream self to do the same when it heard the music cue. Even though I thought the song was at a low volume, it still woke me up. But I did get to use that wakeup time to reaffirm my intention to realize I'm dreaming for when I fall asleep again and got a lucid out of it. I wouldn't recommend headphones to anyone that moves around in their sleep; I would wake up with the cord wrapped around my body. I'll try it again with the volume as low as audibly possible.
If not as a cue, it can be to pleasantly awaken you for a CANWILD.

      Goals:
Fly a kite [] jump off of a building [] jump off of a building while dreaming []
