      Too aware of breathing?

      Well lately I've seem to have become to mentally aware of my breathing.

      Its like when I try to fall asleep on my back or try to WILD I start thinking about my breathing and start consciously controlling it.

      Its pretty much the biggest obstacle for me to WILD.

      Anyone have any tips to deal with this?

      Focus on something else. That's the best I can come up with. Try counting. Sorry I'm not super helpful.
