ok, I have had one lucid dream, and that was few days ago. Since then, I have had ridiculous dreams, but I don't even think to RC. I have been MILDing because thats how i achieved lucidity, but I am thinking a mixture of DILDing and MILDing is the best thing to do. What do y'all think? I need a method to let me realize to do an RC, but i can't really afford to lose sleep, so none of that please. I had a semi dream construction when I did a variation of WILD. I laid still and breathed in 50 times slowly, then imagined a great amount of pain slowly throughout my body, then i took about 50 more deep breaths. Then i got a really big sense of spinning and vibration and i saw like a dream beginning in front of me, but i sorta freaked out and woke up. I did that with no loss of sleep or anything. I did it right when i went to bed around 10 at night. What do y'all think will do best to help me achieve lucidity again. Thanks so much in advance! OH yeah and WHAT EXACTLY IS A DEILD? how do you do it? |
