Honestly, it doesn't matter what you use to get lucid, the end result is the same. Well, not entirely the same... WILDs DO seem to be more vivid. Or maybe we just expect them to be. Everybody can learn to DILD. But I guess it'll never be enough because people wanna say, "Oh yeah baby, I can WILD".
