      General feelings about hypnosis...

      I bought Erik Browns hypnosis lucid dreaming cd off Itunes, just wondering how the board generally feels about hypnosis. I know it will work to relax me at least (other than two really loud white noise things), but does it really induce lucid dreams or should I be combining it with something or just count my losses and move on?

      Don't think that this is all you need for lucidity.

      If i were you i would use it right before you meditate. Or during meditation.. and thin use it with a MILD or DILD

      Yea I tried it once and I think I'm done with, stupid white noise and beep things keep me up lol.
