Some small advice is to try WBTB because if your LD chances are really low but you know how to LD then WBTB will greatly increase your chances. |

So I had a while ago, stopped my dream journal because i thought i had no longer needed one to lucid, it worked for a while...Unto my family member got really really sick and i got scared,, I had forgotten to do reality checks and stuff during that one week of frightening torture, So when it finally was all better, I found out.. I couldnt even recall my dreams any more <--- TOTAL NIGHTMARE.....) So i started doing reality checks and telling myself "I will lucid dream tonight" A million times, and Only Have just started to be able to remember parts of my dreams,, A lucid dream now is like very rare, And its taking me longer to get my lucidity back, Than when i first joined this forum and tried lucid dreaming. Its really frustrating why just stopping with reality checks really screwed me over, I take fish oil pills but they really dont help, I try the watch clock method, And it doesnt affect me at all, Any Help at all would be nice, Please I cant figure out why i cant Lucid any more |

WBTB is Wake-Back To Bed technique, you must have - from my experience - 6 hours of sleep , then wake up using your alarm or your internal clock, keep awake for an hour and then sleep again doing the MILD or WILD or any other technique you like, Its recommended that you stay away from bed and read something about LDing in that waking hour before you go to sleep, Its recommended also that you sleep back between 2 and 4 pm, which means that you have to sleep first at 7 am till 1 pm, stay awake till 2 pm and then sleep back at that time . |

I run a tight schedule with school and all so that would be hard, But i have noticed that when i wake up in the night, Go back to sleep, my chances of remembering my dreams have increased |

If you haven't already, bring back your dream journal. I find that just focusing on recall has helped me snap a dryspell. |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
I really wish i didnt have to bring back my journal, Sure it helped but, After i quit my journal i still had advanced Lucid dreams, Oh well, I guess i will make another one |
