      My brain is rejecting WILD ?

      Hello everybody,
      I've been always LDing using the MILD technique, though I have been always trying to WILD but always fail because of nothing but my brain do reject the symptoms ( maybe ) . As I start to get a SP I feel like my brain sends a message to my heart and it starts beating hardly, I can feel something like a bit of adrenaline moving through my body which makes the whole process goes back to zero . Am not sure why does my brain do that, from the excitement or just because its new process to the body and it needs time to get with that new feeling .

      Today, I'd tried to get into SP as deep as I can, I started to hear some noises, I cant move my body and I was about to get in dream state, I tried to hold my brain from doing that process as long as I can, with no further resistance, I felt the beat of my heart ( the same when you get excited or scared ) and I woke up .

      Is it my brain, or its just me having more/less focus, or what ?

      Help will be appreciated

      I am a noob here, infact this is my first post but i think you would do well to know this;

      You should not "try" to get into SP you should simply relax and not think about it but keeping that slight awareness to focus on your breathing etc, or to keep your body still and that way you don't trick yourself out of WILDING.
      I'm bad with words but to put it simply: WILD = using an anchor (e.g a mantra ) to bring you into the dreamstate while still aware but like you need to sleep to dream, so just focus on one thing and nothing else while you fall asleep/enter SP and i think you will have sucess.

      Those feelings are all a normal part of a WILD attempt. In fact, they are good signs that you are almost there. If you experience this, keep doing what you are doing. The feelings might come and go in a few waves before the dream really kicks in. Just be patient and wait it out. If the sensations are unbearable, for you, try distracting your attention away from your body using some sort of visualization.

      Yea that happens to me. The last two times I just decided to go with the flow of things and I start floating and spinning. But then it stops. This morning I actually got into a dream, but it was so unstable it was a joke. I didn't even have enough energy to even attempt to stabalize it. Just stick with it and you'll get further.

      That's exactly what happened with me
      I tried to keep with that sounds and waves but I got back to normal quickly . How often does that happen to you, Its my first WILD which got that far, I just wanna know if it gonna happen again, and If yes, how can I go with it .

      This is like the 4th time this has happened to me. This morning was the first time I got into a dream but I couldn't really move at all and I was really out of it. But this morning when I started hearing things, I just let go of all my thoughts and decided It was time to go into the dream and then my body lifted up, but then nothing happened. I got into sp twice this morning, one being succesfull. The shit I was hearing was crazy. I started thinking of a song, then I heard it, then I heard a guy talking to me and also the ocean. But I'm getting close, so just stick with it. But I'm using a lucid dreaming supplement to help out my wilds.

      OP, sounds like you and me have the same problem. What happens is I'll get into SP or get close it, mess it up, and then get frustrated that I wasted time and roll over and go to sleep the normal way.

      You should not . for me, If the first one fail, the second time I try to SP is faster than the first .

      Try being more calm when it happens, over-excitement may bring it down a bit. Excitement can be related to waking up, so that is why it reverses, as the point of sleep is to get the person more calm, try getting calmer and calmer as it happens so you are moving forward into a sleep instead of getting excited and backwards into waking.

      galantamine and choline. You can find it here on dreamviews. Just search it on the search bar, but I think this combintaion should be kept on the DL.

      Yea i guess im lucky that I can get it here and that I dont get any side effects. But I dont know of anything else. This was the first LDS I tried and it worked wonders for me. I guess you can try zma because that use to give me crzy vivid dreams. Its suppose to be a natural supplement to boost testosterone, but from experience it doesnt. All it is, is zinc, magnesim, and B6. So I guess you can just buy them seperatly and take them all at once. I mean people have mention magnesium and B6 helping with lucid dreaming, so you can give it a shot if you want.

      If the effective components are b6 and magnesium then I think I have no problem with that, because I know some supplements which might do the trick
