I'm practicing everyday. and i did the technique where you wake up with alarm at night in the REm periods. so that you can recall. And yup worked. worked 2 days or 3 i think. I woke up 3 times and recalled 3 dreams a night. |

It depends on what happens during the day and if you're stressed out. Different substances too, and I don't just mean drugs, food is also a substance. Just keep going at it with that attitude and you'll be fine. How long have you been trying to have a lucid dream? |
|
actually i'm looking in my notebook and i have plenty of dream entries starting 10/4/10. So i've had dream recalls the entire month..with some days having nothing but i had about 10 dream recalls for the month. 2 of those nights i recalled 3 dreams |

Thanks i'll try more. |

i started 10/4/10. Writing in my journal. Went from no recall. to plenty of recall , recalling alot of the dreamcontent. Haven't lucid dream, although i try everynight using MILD with intention. |

It'll come. I recommend a mixture of DILDs and MILDs, as they compliment each other very nicely. I was very lucky and had my first one in a week =D |

Sorry for not checking. A DILD is mainly where you ask yourself if you're dreaming throughout the day and get in the habit of reality checking during the day when something is weird. A MILD just uses the mantra to remind yourself to do a RC while dreaming. So they compliment each other very nicely. Just noticed both of the threads I replied to are yours haha |

Hey successss. yesterday i did MILD and DILD. I haven't had a Lucid dream, and i don't do reality checks while dreaming.. it's like more like a movie dream , i don't seem to be able to be concious so I can't do Reality checks. |
