It definitely sounded like a lucid, as long as you knew at some point that it was a dream. |

So, I had a false awakening last night followed by a very low awareness lucid dream, I think, either that, or I forgot it. I woke up remembering seeing my alarm clock and realizing it was a dream. I think I went back to sleep after realizing it was dream. I then woke up and went through sleep paralysis, got scared, and woke myself up. It was my first experience with any of this and was really fuzzy. Thank you for any responses. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

When you have your first clear lucid dream there will be no doubt in your mind. The question of whether or not it was a lucid dream will not come up. Good luck to you! |
