Myself, I set my alarm for 6.5 hours after I fall asleep. Upon awakening, I get up and use the restroom, reaffirm my goals in my head, then lay back down to sleep. The entire process is done in the dark and takes approximately 5 minutes (I have a lot of trouble falling asleep so this is a perfect time for me). I then proceed to fall asleep as I normally would, maintaining my goal of LDing in my head. I've tried this only twice, and currently have a 50% success rate
