Hey all, |
Yep, you and I the same. Sleep is an on/off switch for me. I'll try to WILD and lie down for an hour, nothing will happen. Then I'll give up and be asleep in minutes. You could try DILD but I've only had very mild success. I get a lucid perhaps once a month that way. Generally I'm just too asleep to recognize any dream signs. |
Hmm, sounds like a pretty good idea. DEILD is one of the few techniques I haven't really tried, so I'll give it a shot; thanks for the suggestion. |
I have the exact same problem as you. I have tried DEILD, but every time the alarm goes off I move, even though I know it will turn off itself. |
