So that now if I'm having a dry spell and really want to have a lucid dream, I try to eat a bit of chocolate before going to sleep. Along with a banana, which might be the only food I would say for sure always affects my dreams. Actually (I just remembered this lol) last night I woke up in the middle of the night and decided to eat a banana. I ended up having a few lucid dreams after I went back to sleep. If you want to just test out the chocolate to see how it affects you then maybe do a few nights with just chocolate, and then try a few nights with chocolate and banana for comparison purposes.
One thing to note, is that I don't normally eat chocolate before bed every night to attempt to lucid dream. I think that things only work like this when you do it every once in awhile. Otherwise your body gets used to it and it becomes less effective as a lucid dreaming aid.
Anyways, good luck!
