i think a nap should last at least an hour if you fall asleep quickly during wild but you should just add an hour to the time it usually take you to fall asleep. You can take your nap at any time of the day (i personally do after I've eaten cuz i get very sleepy as for aid i use B-50 vitamin complex with choline and inositol (it helps memory... increases dream recall) but galantamine (4or8 mg + choline 200 up to 800 mg) would be probably more effective although galantamine should not be taken on a daily basis choline alone will not help dream vividness and recall.

      Hope you'll succeed at wild!
