      Using dream conciousness (MILD/DILD) works best for me personally.

      I currently use DILD alone for all my lucid dreams, although I'm trying to get back into WILD again.
      We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
      some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
