Thread: Your Favorite Lucid Induction Technique

My personal favorite way to LD is through the WILD process using my technique. It took alot of experimenting, but I believe I have found the perfect process for me (I successfully WILD 90% of time or more with my technique, basically because it is altered to suite me). Lucid Dreaming induction techniques work differently from dreamer to dreamer, that is why I have always encouraged dreamers to experiment and alter techniques for their benefit. If you find a technique that works for you, don't hesitate to change bits of it, and alter it to benefit yourself. It just takes experimentation to see what works best for you. Just my two cents ...

DILD, of course, using a RC to become lucid after waking up, like it since its the most consistent way for me to get lucid.

For me its WILD, just becasue the experiance is so much better and much more fun. The fact that you go to sleep awake.
I mainly try to WILD, i try every day when going to sleep, then at about 3:30am then at about 5:00am. Most of my LDs were from WILds.

DILD, most definitely. I really wanna learn how to DEILD though.

I have a fun little DILD/MILD blend.

Mine is wild now because i've had the most success in obtaining a lucid through them. Although i wish i could do a vild or a mild because i would love to be able to paint my dream.
