the rules of Lucid Dream (no real methods included)
after wondering aimlissly about LDing and the best methods, I have come up with three of the most important rules to go by to have a LD.
1). confidents: those of you who know gothlark, you know he relys on it alot, this should be formed under a good self-confidents, I am starting to develope some confidents
2). What works for you: once you find what works for you, you will beable to have LD's almost every night.
3). know the feeling of a dream: at last you can't have LD's if you don't know what normal dreams feel like, this also includes distinguishing real life from a dream.
4). Don't try too hard - Results will come. Sometimes trying too hard is worse than not trying at all.

There are no rules
btw: Confidence is definately a rule. If you expect something to happen, more often than not, it will.

Yes, i understood what you meant. I totally agree with the required traits. However, they also apply when you are actually dreaming.
If i could add another....
Don't try too hard - Results will come. Sometimes trying too hard is worse than not trying at all.
