      Check-up on WILD

      So, it's finally weekend, and time for me to plan my lucidity tonight, so I just made a short threat for things I need to do before then.
      I am planning to WILD it, so I'll set an alarm to start 3 hours after I've gone to bed, and then immediately going back to bed afterwards, right after reciting my mantras. Anyone think I should do something else, or that I've missed something that could help?
      (This is my first "planned" WILD)

      I thought WILDs were more likely if you wait at least 5 hours? Some threads on here mention that drinking apple juice during WBTB increase either the chance or the vividness of the LD.

      I would recommend 6 hours. You need to do it when you are about to enter a long REM period of sleep and after 3 hours is not going to do that.
