About a week ago I used to stay up till 2 am every night. one day I was tired so I went to sleep at nine. I had a lucid that night so I figured it was because i went to sleep earlier. so after that for about a week I went to sleep at 9 every night and i didnt have a lucid dream. So yesterday i gave up and decided to stay up to one in the morning, and BAM! i have a lucid dream. Now i'm wondering if drastic changes in sleep schedules cause people to have lucid dreams. and if so

Can it be done over a shorter amount of time like say three days?

Can it bee done repeatedly during the week?

Is it unhealthy?

If it were to work we could at least have two lucids or even three every week!
It wouldn't be every day but damn i would be happy with three times a week or even two. oh I'm sorry if this subject has been brought up beforeso if it has please tell me.
