About a week ago I used to stay up till 2 am every night. one day I was tired so I went to sleep at nine. I had a lucid that night so I figured it was because i went to sleep earlier. so after that for about a week I went to sleep at 9 every night and i didnt have a lucid dream. So yesterday i gave up and decided to stay up to one in the morning, and BAM! i have a lucid dream. Now i'm wondering if drastic changes in sleep schedules cause people to have lucid dreams. and if so |
