      Question Important Question

      I have really quick question about puberty. Does it at all affect your ability to lucid dream, and if so, why? (question for my bro) Thanks, kiloshu

      Puberty decreases the chance of lucid dreaming for a few reasons. But mainly it just decreases your amount of REM sleep and less dream time means less time to become lucid.

      That is interesting mikaec. I would have guessed the opposite, since the body and mind are going through intense changes, and change can help induce LDs. Maybe it's just drastic environmental changes.
