Attaining lucidity at will without WILD

*Note: Not a technique, just a question* Hi, wondering if I could achieve lucidity at some ponint in the future at will, or once every 2 days (just really frequently) if I continue this dream diary and continue to reality check throughout the day, through MILD's, DILD's and DEILD's? Just wondering if one will only improve by continuing to try and get lucid/doing reality checks throughout the months
