      Frequency of RCs

Hey guys! I'm curious on how many reality checks you guys do daily and how often you have DILDs because of them, so this thread is for everyone to share this info! You can format it in a way where you post your amount of daily RCs and how often you DILD, what type of rc you do, any aids for RCing, what you think of to think to yourself your dreaming and any other info you would like to include! For instance:

      I noseplug check
RCs per day: about 20 to 30
I'm reasonably new so I've only had 1 DILD
I write aware on my palms and back of my hands as reminders
When I RC I look around at details of everything, kind of acting "stupid" to convince myself haha, I look at people and imagine dreams I've had and I relate them to my current setting, then NP check while still acting dumb haha.

      Share your methods processes etc.

Now, I basically RC whenever I see something strange or out of the ordinary. I also RC whenever I think/hear/see anything that reminds me of dreaming. It varies on how many I actually perform a day. Anywhere from 3 to about 20. I had 10 lucids this month, but once I'm in full swing I should be having around 20 a month. About a 3rd or more of those are WILDs though. I always look around and convince myself that everything around me is a dream. I try to get as close as possible to believing I'm actually in a dream...and then I RC. Back when I first started, I wrote a "D" on my hand for dream. Every time I saw it throughout the day, I would RC.

Welp, I just want to let people know that you don't need to RC to lucid dream. I never ever RC. I don't really question if I'm in reality or not unless truly given a reason to, and I get a bunch of lucids. I just had 3 lucids last night.

You must be quite the natural! Cause that's a darn lot of lucids! What do you do normally?

Nothing really. The only thing I do now is set my intent. I assure you, I am no natural. Before and around my join date I couldn't even barely remember fractions of any of my dreams and I was never lucid. I started completely from scratch.

I haven't been reality checking at all, lately. I've been sticking to night time practices. When I am doing daytime practices, I try to shoot for about 10-12 reality checks per day. I will normally do them in bursts. I will do 4 or 5 throughout the morning, then space out and forget for a few hours, then get a burst of 3 more, then forget again. I don't go too crazy with the method. I will just take a deep breath and try to be extra aware of myself, my surroundings, and my recent memories. If something feels odd or dream-like, I will look at my hands to do a finger count.
