Hi everybody, I have some doubts regardind the wake-back to bed technique because for me sleeping 6 h then staying awake 1 h and then go back to sleep does not work well because my sleep cycle is severely disrupted in this way and it takes too long to relax again and I hardly sleep again. On the other hand, if I wake in the middle of the night and remember my last dream and then keep the last image in my mind while trying to sleep again it is very likely that I will re-enter the same dream and then the dream signs (especially dream character changing their faces) become a lot more striking often causing lucidity. In short, I doń´t think we should stay awake very long in the middle of the night, only enough to go to he bathroom should be enough time. Does anyone agree ? |
