Try a WBTB that's what I do. I sleep 6 hours then an alarm wakes me up and I go to the bathroom and then go back to my bed and affirm to notice my awakening and start doing indirect techniques (dream entry techniques), then I wake up and remember to use the indirect techniques and I have a lucid dream. Try that or only affirm to remember to DEILD and when you notice your awakening, which you probably will do because you have allready used that affirmation, you will remember to deild. |
