I'd say on your back because you can WILD that way, but it's very uncomfortable if you're not used to it! |

what do you guy think is the best sleep position to have a lucid dream. Ive noticed that when i sleep on my stomach, i get to sleep really quickly but i NEVER remember my dreams. When i sleep on my back its harder to sleep but i usually remember my dreams better. what do you guys think? what works for you? |

The supine position (on your back) is known as the best position to lucid dream in. I think LaBerge talks about it a little bit in his book. If it's uncomfortable for you, try lying slightly on your side with a pillow tucked into your back for support. After a few nights I'm sure you'll get used to the new position - and probably prefer it. Especially if you see results in your dreaming. |
