      Something missing for DILD.

I've been trying to DILD for about a month now. During this time I've felt what it's like to have WILD and DEILD, but I realy want to feel DILD too. I do a lot of Reality Checks, keep dream journal, my recall is better than average (but not pro), my dreams are very vivid. Why can't I notice when I'm dreaming?

P.S. I haven't found Dream Sign yet. Every dream I have is very different.
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

What kind of RCs are you doing? When, what do you think when doing them, etc?

Nose pinch, looking at hands and hand pinch. I always think somrthing like this: "Am I dreaming? No? Why no? *looking around, observing*, next time I'm dreaming I will do reality check, *few other mantras*". I think I am doing it good.

Doing them at random? Also, why not question being awake? In a dream, it is easy to accept stuff as fact, and if you start with an illogical thought (That you are dreaming) it won't end up nice, it is easier to question if you are awake than to question if you are dreaming to get results. Also, take the no part out and keep the why no, easier in your brain to make less questions and to focus more on the few ones you do.

With DILD you tend to randomly notice something and become lucid (even without performing a reality check in the dream) It's just a matter of time really and even if you know what your dream signs are, you tend to not notice them with DILD. I find it's best to always question everything, always be on the lookout and be aware of your surroundings. I had three DILD's last night but zero DEILD or WILD's and mostly I just realized that I was dreaming because of the situation I was in. I hope this helps a little because DILD is the BEST method besides DEILD in my opinion or just the funnest way to obtain lucidity without disturbing your sleep! -Chase
