Changing music while sleeping can definitely make a difference. And if you are going to bed earlier then you will start to get used to it and your dreams will be restored (if that is the issue).

P.S. A couple weeks ago I started playing ocean sounds in my room, it helped me fall asleep for the first while, but I forgot to put it on a timer so it went on all night. The sounds started to drive me crazy due to it being on all night so I don't do that anymore.
