      Problem with becoming lucid

I just read a thread about the technique most people use to achieve a lucid state in their dreams. I have tried that in the past but the only problem is that I'm a really deep sleeper. There are times I can remember my dreams and come morning I do write them down, but it doesn't really help. For example - (its nighttime and im about to sleep); in my perspective I just "blink" and its morning. That's what happens all the time I know everyone dreams at night but how can I become lucid when I just "black out" until morning when I get into bed.

Any tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do less in the day. I would bet you do too much in the day, and are almost too tired to dream or do anything at night. Try to maybe sleep lighter, and maybe you won't be knocked out as cold when it comes to sleep. Try drinking a bit of coffee or not doing a part of your daily exercise.

You can go right into a lucid dream upon sleeping... I've done it many times. Try visualizing something relaxing while affirming that you will enter your dream with awareness.

I know what you mean....I have those rare nights when I go to sleep and it seems like I just fell asleep now it is morning
it doesn't happen to me a lot though
      try going to bed earlier
      try setting alarms
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.

Improve your recall first. And don't stress about the fact that you haven't become lucid yet, it will only make it worse. Just be confident that you will lucid dream everytime you go to bed and you will have success in no time.

Personally im experimenting with audio spikes i've had some success in that my spike kicks in (after 18min delay) but only during the void period not the rapid eye movement stage (REM) so i get impatient and fully wake up but i can tell im somewhere inbetween which is promising when trying to control Lucids. I'll post my audio spike for you in a few dayz, there is a 35min delay (alotted time for u to fall asleep and enter the dreamscape) a 20sec isochronic beat that kicks in, and the audio that tapers off into silence, hopefully leaving u lucid still with in the astral dreamscape.
