I just read a thread about the technique most people use to achieve a lucid state in their dreams. I have tried that in the past but the only problem is that I'm a really deep sleeper. There are times I can remember my dreams and come morning I do write them down, but it doesn't really help. For example - (its nighttime and im about to sleep); in my perspective I just "blink" and its morning. That's what happens all the time |
