How to find WILD WBTB time.

Hey everybody, got a quick question to ask. I have found a WILD method that I believe will work good for me, BUT I need to know what WBTB time I need to use. I guess I need to wake up right before, or in them middle of a long REM period. I have seen the graph that demonstrates when deep sleep is and when REM is, but I also know that everyone is different, so not everyone's REM periods are at the same interval.

Is there a good way to find a good WBTB WILD time?

Usually REM sleep occurs 2-3 hours before you'd normally wake up, so if you have a steady sleep pattern, it should be easy. The best way to find out, is to really just do WBTB often and then figure out when you are dreaming.

I'd say 6 hours after sleep.

Dream cycles occur every 100 minutes or so. If you fall asleep when your head hits the pillow it is an easy calculation. i, however, am not that fortunate.

If you want to figure out your cycles, I'd give the Android Lucid Dreaming App a go; that's how I found out my REM cycles etc

I hear the iOS version of the app isn't too far away! But until then... you could buy an actigraph?
