I want to see if it works for other people too,

at the corner of your gum use your teeth to gently squeeze it until you feel a bit of pain, not much but enough to distinguish it hurts and your not dreaming.

do it a good couple of times in the day randomly, then as your nearing going to bed do it slightly more frequently

then as you lie down to sleep put pressure on it so it slightly hurts and relax BUT DONT release any pressure,

Close your eyes and tell your self your going to lucid dream / visualise.

from experience you will fall asleep and the lucids start !!!!

Pretty simple here is my take on it

The pain is a reality check

you can bite your gum in a dream withoug it hurting

your falling asleep with your reality check in progress as you fall aslep you reality check goes, your body is then telling its self it is not in reality as the reality check isnt working, if your not in reality where are you ? Dreaming BURT your body can still feel the pressure on the inside of the gum and thinks you can do that lucid dreaming etc etc

you will enter a dream / lucid dream

works great would like to hear feedback
