Here I'm going to test a MILD technique I heard the other day. I will be posting all of my results starting from day 1, for 10 days.

THE THEORY


What is the theory? Basically, whenever you're around someone, or a group of people, you try to raise your awareness. This way, while you're in your dream ( and most of my dreams seem to have people in them) you're awareness will be raised and you will realize that you're dreaming. While raising my awareness, I will also do a reality check. This seems very promising, will post tomorrow.
