ohh Geez, i went through that about a week ago, i am now getting it back but slowly, hate it when this happens, to be fair i'm not sure that there is much you can do, it's just one of those things, when i got up in the morning i would just sit with my eyes closed for a minute and try to remember, not try hard, just sit and see what comes to mind. If that doesn't work just keep writing in your DJ that you can't remember and maybe something through the day will make you go "ahhh" and it will come back a little. Don't leave your DJ blank, always write something, to keep you in the habit. Look through your other dreams, does anything in them make your lost dream slowly come back. Can't really offer anything more, but just relax and see what comes, if you try and force it that sometimes causes more of a block, well in my case anyway. Hope this has helped a little, good luck. |
