      Deild Experiment

I really want to try to induce an lucid dream by using the deild method. My problem is I can never remember in time not to move or open my eyes when I wake up. I came up with the idea to use a pendulum before bed to try and remember not to move or open my eyes upon waking.
It is only day 2 on my experiment but up to now results are getting better. This morning I was able to wake up with out moving or opening the eyes (first time ever) but unfortunately my alarm clock went off for work before I could try to enter the dream again. If anyone is interested in trying this method the instructions are below and please update on your progress.

Remember this method is nothing special, it's just a way to send messages to your sub conscious.

      1. Before bed use a pendulum (home made ones work just as well) between your thumb and your middle finger.
      2. Ask yourself for the pendulum to show you which way means YES/NO
      3. Then tell yourself that when you wake up in the morning you will remember not to move or open your eyes and hopefully the pendulum will give a YES answer.
      4. Repeat a couple or three times before bed.

NOTE: This method is still a work in progress. If anyone can think of anyway of improving the method please get in touch

Deilds are my favorite because of it's high success rates It's best to remain still when performing deild but if your unable to you should still go through the process of recalling your previous dream or imagining a new one to walk into. It still works even if you slightly move a bit. namaste.

When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation

I like the pendulum part, i'll definitely try that some time. Maybe not for this particular reason but thanks anyway for the idea
