      DIELD Question's

      Last night i remember waking up during the night with my eyes closed and decided i would try to dield. After about 20 seconds i had what felt like an tickling sensation all over my body - this was my first time enterening SP so i was very scared and surprised , i decided to move because i was very scared but cudnt move for about 10 seconds while trying to.
      Im not sure if the above was in a dream or actually happened. If someone who has had dield before could answer these questions it would be very helpful
      1)When you wake up after a dream do you feel awake or is it a kind of dreamy state of conscious?
      2)Do you have to remember your last dream to suceed in Deild?
      3)How can i learn to wake up after each dream to try Deild?
      Current task : Have one lucid dream within next 3 weeks.

      Subscribed. I wanna know answers to these questions and compare them with my opinion. ;D
      My opinion:
      *Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
      *There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
      *Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

      well generally if you wake up after a dream you would automatically remember it because you just woke from it.

      Drink a glass of water before bed. You will have to piss terribly because your body will only wake you up after rem cycles because that is when your body says it is okay to wake up, also sleep with a blindfold so you will know to focus on deild cause you will feel the blindfold and know not to move. or try autosuggestion...but the water thing works better for me
